(b) download pages from our website for caching in a web browser;

4.1 As part of your membership you may download, print and save the resources to your own hard drive or to a cloud drive. You may distribute the resources to your own students and make sufficient copies for your own teaching use. You may not distribute copies to other teaching staff or other education providers.
4.2 Each member of an organisation must have their own membership login. You may not share logins with anyone else including your students.
4.3 Anyone found to be distributing materials to others without a membership may have their membership revoked and no refund of payment will be offered. Legal proceedings could be brought for copyright infringement and illegal distribution – see 6.2.
4.4 You must not:
(a) use our website in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the performance, availability or accessibility of the website;
(b) use our website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;
(c) use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software; or
(d) conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.

- Enforcement of copyright
6.1 We take the protection of our copyright very seriously.
6.2 If we discover that you have used our copyright materials in contravention of the licence set out in this notice, we may bring legal proceedings against you, seeking monetary damages and/or an injunction to stop you using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.
7.1 Your subscription will begin on the day you take out your membership and will last for one year from the date of your payment. If you are given any free months, then your membership will begin after the free month/s have been used. Payment will be taken after any free month/s.
7.2 Your subscription will automatically renew after one year. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the renewal date. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking on the cancel button.
8.1 We only offer refunds if you have experienced issues with the site meaning you are unable to access resources for a prolonged period of time. Refunds for other reasons can only be given at the discretion of the managing director.
8.2 You must apply for a refund within 14 days of subscribing by emailing email@example.com. Refunds outside of this period will not be considered unless they meet criteria 8.1.
9.1 You may cancel your subscription at any point before the renewal date. You should continue to have access to the site until your subscription runs out. You must cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and clicking on the cancel button.
9.2 We hate to see people leave so please let us know if there is anything we can do to prevent you from cancelling your order.
